? SEQUENCE SETTINGS ?
Open new sequence, and pick AVCHD – 1080p – AVCHD 1080P25

Go over to settings (second tab) and fill in:
Frame size: 1080 x 1080 for square (1:1) OR 1080 x 1350 for long / portrait (4:5)
Aspect ratio: Square pixel 1.0

Save it for the next time and click ok
